The developer Ahmed Abdelwahb respects the privacy of users of File Maker. This policy explains how the app handles information and files when users create files, convert formats, or generate numbered batches.
File Maker is an Android utility for creating files in multiple formats, converting selected documents and images, and generating numbered batches. The core features do not require an account or sign-in.
In the current version, the app does not collect personal data or send it to external servers. The app does not request a name, phone number, email address, precise location, contacts, identity photos, or payment information for its core features.
Users may select a file from their device as input for a conversion, such as a CSV, XLSX, DOCX file, or image. The app uses the selected file to perform the conversion requested by the user. In the current version, the app does not upload that file to a server operated by the developer.
When a file is created or converted, the app opens Android’s system file picker. The user chooses the destination, and Android writes the output to the location selected by the user. The current version does not maintain an in-app file manager or a permanent internal list of generated files.
The developer does not sell user data or share it with third parties through the current app functions. If advertising, analytics, cloud synchronization, or another external service is added in a later release, this policy and the Google Play Data Safety information will be updated before that service is enabled.
The current core features do not depend on an account, server, or cloud synchronization. If this changes in a later release, this policy will explain the data sent, the purpose, and the parties that may process it.
The app uses Android’s file-selection and save mechanisms. Because the current version does not maintain a user account or user database, it does not retain permanent account data inside the app that requires a separate deletion workflow.
The app is a general productivity utility and is not specifically directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This policy may be updated when features or data practices change. The last-updated date will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies within the limits of applicable law.
